Yesterday Joe Hatch came into our class to share a few computer "Survival Skills" with us. He gave us numerous tips on how to deal with computer issues and important things we should know. Joe Hatch explained various causes of slowed computer performance. I had thought that it was the network and not my computer. However, Joe Hatch shared with us a couple programs to help clean out unneeded documents and files from out computer that also help to keep us safe from hackers and viruses. CCleaner can be used for windows and Onyx for Mac's. By deleting these files our computer will perform more to our liking. I thought that this information was the best tech tip from Joe Hatch.
